内窥镜辅助下眶路筛前动脉结扎治疗顽固性鼻出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨顽固性筛前动脉性鼻出血的治疗方法。方法内窥镜辅助下经眶路行筛前动脉结扎达到止血目的。结果患者鼻腔出血均有效控制,无并发症发生。结论内窥镜辅助下眶路行筛前动脉血管结扎有图像清晰、操作简便、疗效好、损伤小及可行性强的优点。Objective To evaluate the treatment of endoscopic assisted external approach anterior ethmoidal artery ligation for the intractable epistaxis. Methods We describe a procedure of anterior ethmoidal artery ligation via minimal access external surgery with the use of a rigid endoscope. Results Satisfactory results were achieved without obviously complication in 4 cases. Conclusion Endoscopic assisted external approach anterior ethmoidal artery ligation for the management of intractable epistaxis has a clear picture, easy to operate, effective, less damage and viability of the strong advantages.
