苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将原发性高血压患者60例,随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例,试验组服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg/d,每天早餐后30min服用,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片10mg,po,bid;观察4周与8周后血压控制水平及临床不良反应。结果服药4周及8周后试验组与对照组均能有效控制血压,疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),对照组不良反应发生率高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床疗效肯定,临床耐受性良好,不良反应较少,是较理想的降压药物。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Lecamlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Select 60 patients with essential hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 in the test group and 30 in the control group, the treatment group took2.5 mg/d of Lecamlodipine Besylate Tablets, and take tablets after everyday meals, the control group took Nifedipine 0.1g 10mg, po, bid,blood pressure level and Clinical Adverse Reactions were observed after four weeks and eight weeks. Results After four weeks and eight weeks, the test group and the control group all control of the blood pressure efficiently, have no remarkable significance （P 〉 0.05）, adverse effect of the test group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lecamlodipine Besylate Tablets treatment of essential hypertension its effect in clinic is positive, efficacious and well-tolerated, has low adverse effect, is a ideal hypotensive drug.
