摘  要:目的观察穴位按摩对慢性失眠患者睡眠结构的影响及其治疗效果。方法45例患者均采用穴位按摩法治疗。穴位取安眠、四神聪、神门、三阴交及太阳穴为主穴,根据中医辩证施治原则,再选择其他辅助穴位按摩。每个穴位按压2~5分钟,按摩天数20~30天(平均24±5天)。治疗前、后使用多道睡眠描记监测分析系统检测患者睡眠结构的变化。结果治疗前,45例患者的睡眠结构均不完整,部分患者S3或S4缺失。治疗30天后,所有患者的睡眠结构得到一定程度的修复和改善;睡眠监测分析显示,患者的睡眠潜伏期缩短,慢波睡眠时间(S+S4)增加,REMS的释放延长,浅睡眠时间(S1+S2期)缩短,NREMS和REMS相对延长(P〈0.05)。结论穴位按摩疗法能够修复慢性失眠患者的睡眠结构,重构睡眠的连续性,提高患者的睡眠质量。Objective To observe the influence of point massage at head and body points on sleep structure in chronic insomnia patients. Methods 45 patients were treated by point massage on the same main points including Anmian, Sishencong, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao temple for two to five minutes, once every day, abidingly for 20 to 30 days(averaged 24 ± 5 days). The change of patients' sleep structure before and after treatment was tested by poly-somnography analytical system. Self-control statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Results Before treatment, sleep structure of 45 cases were all incomplete; some patients missed S3 or S4. Being treated with point massage for 30 days, all patients got some improvement of falt and broken sleep structure. Sleep Monitoring showed thai: Point massage shortened latency period of sleep, lengthened the time of slow-wave sleep(S + S4 period), shorten the time of somnolence(S1 + S2 period), and relatively lengthened the time of NREMS and REMS (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Point massage can repair the sleep structure, remold its continuity to a certain extent, and lengthen the time of slow-wave sleep, which is the main mechanism of improving sleep quality by acupuncture.
