摘　　要：对铝厂专用的碳素焙烧多功能起重机的工艺及其电气系统进行了扼要的概述。目前国内各大铝业集团都拥有碳素配套厂,而碳素焙烧多功能起重机是碳素厂的主要生产设备。以神火集团公司65 t/h碳素焙烧多功能起重机作为依托来阐述此种起重机电气控制系统的组成及功能,对设计人员具有较好的启发,同时为维护人员提供了帮助。The paper outlines the operation process and electric al system of aluminum manufacturer-specific carbon baking multi-purpose crane.C urrently,major domestic aluminum groups all have carbon plants,and the carbon baking multi-purpose cranes are the main equipment for carbon plants.The paper describes the electrical control system composition and functions of this kind of crane with an example of the 65 t/h carbon baking multi-purpose crane manufa ctured by Shenhuo Group Co.,Ltd.,providing good inspiration for designers,a nd being helpful for the maintenance personnel.
