摘  要:目的总结采用数字化三维塑形钛网在颅骨缺损修补治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 2009年9月至2011年8月对40例应用三维塑形钛网进行颅骨缺损修补患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果成功修补颅骨缺损40个,2例发生皮下积液,平均手术时间约2 h,塑形钛网和颅骨缺损正确对合,患者及家属对颅骨修补结果 100%满意。结论数字化塑形钛网技术修复颅骨缺损简单、快捷,可节约手术时间,并发症少,塑性满意。Objective To summarize the clinical application value of digital three-dimensional molding of titanium mesh for repairing skull defect.Methods 40 patients suffering from skull defect,who had the experience in repairing skull defect with digital three-dimensional molding of titanium mesh from Sept 2009 to Aug 2011 were reviewed retrospectively.Results 40 successful repair of skull defects,subcutaeous hydrops was happen to 2 patients,the averaga operation time was about 2 hours.There were correctly coincide between shaping titanium mesh and skull defects.Patients and their families were 100% satisfied with the results of cranioplasty.Conclusion Digital shaping titanium mesh technique is simple and fast,which can save operative time and achieve less complications and satisfactory results of plasty.
