1716例健康体检者血清CA125结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析部分成人女性健康体检者各年龄段CA125的情况。方法采用电化学发光法检测血清CA125。结果20～29岁组、30～39岁组与40～49岁组间均值及阳性率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),50～59岁组和≥60岁组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但后两组均值及阳性率明显低于前三组(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125在成人女性健康人群中有一定的阳性率,50岁以后检测值与阳性率都呈下降趋势。Objective To study the level of serum CA125 for every age group in some healthy female adults.Methods Serum CA125 were detected by the method of electrochemiluminescence assay.Results There was no significant difference between the 20~29,30~39 and 40~49 years-old group for the mean and the positive rate,and neither between the50~59 and ≥60 years.But the mean and the positive rate of the later two groups were obviously lower than the first three ones（P0.05）.Conclusion There is certain positive rate of the serum CA125 in the healthy female adults,furthermore,the measurement and the positive rate tend to decline after 50 years.
