摘　　要：目的探讨老年顽固性鼻出血的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年1月鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗老年顽固性鼻出血30例的临床资料。结果 30例全部治愈,术后随访3～6个月无复发,无并发症。结论老年顽固性鼻出血在鼻内镜下可以清晰地检查整个鼻腔、鼻窦以及鼻咽部,易于准确发现出血部位,可直视下直接对出血部位进行电凝处理,治疗时间短,止血确切,鼻黏膜损伤小,并发症少,尤其适用于伴有多种疾病的老年患者,是治疗老年顽固性鼻出血有效方法之一。Objective To study effective treatment of aged and intractable epistaxis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases with aged and stubborn epistaxis which were treated by nasal endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation.Results 30 patients were all cured,what＇s more,no recurrence and complication was found with 3~6 months of follow-up.Conclusion To the older patients with intractable epistaxis,nasal endoscopy can check the entire nasal cavity、paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx,site accurate bleeding place easily and adopt electrocoagulation for hemostasis with direct visualization.It＇s one of the effective ways to treat intractable senile epistaxis because of it＇s short treatment time、exact hemostasia、minor nasal mucosa damage and few complications,especially for senile patients with other diseases combined.
