摘 要:[目的]发掘能影响华北大黑鳃金龟行为反应的植物挥发性物质,以利用化学生态学技术调控华北大黑鳃金龟的行为,达到绿色防控的目的。[方法]采用触角电位(EAG)及Y型嗅觉仪行为测定技术,对20种植物挥发物进行筛选。[结果]在10μg/μL浓度刺激下,顺-2-己烯醇、反-2-己烯醇、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯、辛醛和苯乙醇能引起华北大黑鳃金龟触角较强的电位反应,总体趋势雌虫反应大于雄虫。行为测试中,反-2-己烯醇、芳樟醇、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯、1-己醇、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯吸引能力都显著高于对照正己烷,但辛醛和苯乙醇对华北大黑鳃金龟的吸引作用低于对照正己烷,并呈极显著差异(p<0.01)。[结论]华北大黑鳃金龟对本文所选的部分植物源挥发物对有显著的电生理和行为反应,该结果可为开发对其的田间引诱剂或驱避剂提供一定的理论依据。[Objective] To select the plant volatiles which have impacts on the behavior of Holotrichia oblita (Fal- dermann) and control it by chemical ecology principles. [Method] Twenty kinds of plant volatiles were chosen for electroantennogram test and bioassays. EResult] Cis-2-Hexenol, trans-2-Hexenol, cis-3-Hexenyl acetate, octyl aldehyde and phenethyl alcohol elicited a strong response in the antennae at the concentration of 10 μg/μL, and the response of female was stronger than male. The behavioral attractiveness of the EAG active compounds was evaluated with bioassay experiments with Holotrichia oblita. In bioassays, trans-2-hexenol, linalool, cis-3-hexenyl ace-tate, 1-hexanol and methyl anthranilate were found to be more attractive in comparison with hexane and octyl aldehyde, and phenethyl alcohol were less attractive than hexane. EConclusion] H. oblita showed marked electroan- tennographic and behavioral responses to some of the plant volatiles tested. The study may provide the theoretical basis for developing attractants or repellents for H. oblita in fields.
