摘　　要：所有权社会化理论非但对于私人所有权有矫正功能,对于往往被假设为私有权的扬弃形式的国家所有权也有适用能力。其适用目的是使在个人与国家的财产支配模式冲突间求得和谐,实现市民社会的完善持续发展和公共财产利益的全社会公平分享;其适用的方法是对国家公产所有权强调公共性使命,而对其他一般国家财产所有权则保持与私人财产所有权间的和谐互动关系。The ownership socialization theory has not only the function of redressing the private ownership but also application to the state ownership that is assumed to be the form of the private ownership abandon. The purpose is to enable its application in reducing conflict of dominant mode between individual and state property, achieve the civil society sustainable develop improvement, and promote the equitable sharing of public benefits as a whole. The applicable method is to emphasize the public mission of state public property ownership, while keep a harmonious interactive relationship between other general state property ownership and private property ownership.
