摘　　要：文章以湖南省为例,分析了农业产业化发展的现状,认为中国农业产业化发展存在农产品基地发展滞后、企业数量和规模亟待扩大、市场机制不健全以及发展环境不容乐观等问题。文章分析了土地制度、金融制度和农产品流通制度对农业产业化发展的制约,并提出了深化土地制度改革、积极改善农业金融环境、推进农产品流通体制改革、加大农业科技和教育投入力度等推动农业产业化发展的对策建议。This paper takes Hunan province as example, analyzes the present situation of the industrial development of agriculture, and considers that there are problems such as backwards of agricultural products base development, small number of agricultural enterprises, weak market mechanism and the environmental deterioration. This paper analyzes the impact of land system, finance system and agricultural products circulation system on the industrial development of agriculture, then it puts forward the suggestions： implement the land reform, improve the financial environment, promote the development of agricultural products circulation, and enforce the input of technology and education.
