对欠发达地区发展民营经济的思考

摘　　要：欠发达地区民营经济的发展在全国处于落后地位。企业规模小、税收负担偏重、直接和间接融资困难、企业本身存在诸多问题是影响其发展的一些共性问题。发展欠发达地区民营经济,要在体制机制上积极推进市场化运作模式,在融资方面大力发展中小金融机构,在企业治理结构上淡化家族式管理模式,努力建立现代企业制度。The development of private economy of less-developed regions has been falling behind status of all the country. There are still many problems such as the small scale of the enterprise, the heavier tax, direct and indirect financing difficulties, problems of enterprise itself that are some common problems which influence the development of private economy. The paper puts forward that to develop private economy in the undeveloped areas, should actively advance mechanism market operation pattem in system, and should vigorously develop small and medium sized financial institutions in financing, and should desalt family-based management mode in enterprise management structure to establish modem enterprise system.
