摘　　要：通过对已有创业意愿影响因素相关理论及模型的梳理与总结,构建我国大学生创业意愿影响因素模型。实证研究发现,创业态度对创业意愿的直接影响较大,而背景因素、感知行为控制力对创业意愿直接影响较小,但它们还可以通过影响创业态度对创业意愿产生间接影响。创业政策对创业意愿没有直接影响。This paper sets up a research model of driving factors of university students＇ entrepreneurial intentions based on the previous researchers＇ work on entrepreneurial intentions theory.The empirical result shows that contextual factors,attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control are the direct influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention,among them,attitude toward entrepreneurship is the most important factors.Policy factor have no effect on entrepreneurial intention.
