天丝针织物的清新整理

摘　　要：介绍了对环糊精的改性,目的是提高其与织物的结合程度。用聚氨酯作为交联剂,把环糊精交联到织物上,以提高环糊精在织物上的耐久性。工艺配方是:聚氨酯整理液用量0.6%(o.w.f),环糊精用量10%(o.w.f),焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间2 min。经过耐洗次数测试整理效果,发现经洗涤50次效果依然不减。In this paper is introduced the modification of cyclodextrin. By use of polyurethane as crosslinker to link it to the fabric to increase its durability by the following process ： 0.6% finishing liquid of polyurethane, 10% cyclodextrin, cursing at 120℃ and for 2min. The after washing test shows that after 50 times washing, the effect does still exist.
