摘  要:基于CAD/CAE技术,以普通手机外壳为例,介绍了CATIA V5和Moldflow Insight软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。利用CATIA V5软件完成手机外壳的三维实体模型和注塑模具结构设计,然后选用Moldflow Insight软件对制件进行CAE分析,其中包括进行有限元模型的前期处理,模拟分析确定浇口数量和位置,最后对制件进行填充、冷却、保压和翘曲分析,确定产生翘曲变形的原因。进一步通过调整保压压力和保压时间,优化了成型工艺参数,减少制件的翘曲变形,满足制件的精度要求,从而为模具设计人员进行模具设计以及注塑工艺人员进行工艺参数的调整提供依据。Based on the CAD/CAE technology, with common mobile phone cover as an example, the paper introduced the application of CATIA V5 and Moldflow Insight in injection mold design of mobile phone cover. First, using CATIA V5 software designed three-dimensional solid model of mobile phone casing and injection mold structure; then using Moldflow Insight software carried on the CAE analysis to the work piece, including the pre-treatment of finite element model. With preliminary simulation analysis determined the number and location of the gate, finally by filling, cooling, packing and warpage analysis on part, found out the causes of warpage generated. Through adjusting the packing pressure and time, by optimizing the molding process parameters, the warpage was reduced, which can meet the precision demand of parts, consequently, the result can provide gist for the mold designers to design and for the injection molding technologist to process parameter adjustment.
