摘 要:在一维理论的指导下建立了一个射流泵的模型,并通过数值模拟方法对其进行分析,将CFD结果与实验数据相比较,确定了合适的数值方法和湍流模型。在数值分析的基础上,选取了需要优化的构型参数及设计点,采用移动最小二乘法(MLS)建立了射流泵内流动的代理模型(Surrogate Model),并对其进行优化研究。结果表明,优化后的射流泵的效率得到有效的提高。A supersonic jet pump prototype was developed based on a one-dimension theory. Analysis was performed on it by method of numerical simulations, whose CFD results were compared with corresponding experiment data, and suitable numerical method and onflow model were confirmed. On basis of numerical analysis, the configuration parameters needed for optimization and points of design were chosen, the method of MSL ( Moving Least Squares) was used to build a flowing Surrogate Model inside jet pump and global optimization was carried out using the surrogate. The results show that the efficiency of jet pump is elevated effectively after optimization.
