摘　　要：近年来,中药抗肿瘤的作用机制已逐渐被现代医学的不断研究所揭示。研究已经证实,中药可在不同程度上诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡;抑制端粒酶的活性也已成为治疗肿瘤的一个新靶点;同时,中药在提高机体免疫力、抗肿瘤细胞转移等方面也都有进一步的研究和进展。进一步深入研究中医药多靶点抗肿瘤的机制,将使中药得到更深入的开发与利用,并有希望成为恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段。In recent years,several different mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually been revealed by modern medicine study constantly.Studies have showed traditional Chinese medicine can induce apoptosis of tumor cell in different degree.Inhibition of telomerase activity had also became a new targets of tumor therapy.In the meantime,traditional Chinese medicine has a further research and progress in improving the body immunity and inhibiting tumor cell transfer.A further study that more than traditional Chinese medicine antitumor mechanism of target will make traditional Chinese medicine to get more in depth in the future of the usage of exploitation and utilization.Besides,traditional Chinese medicine is expected to become the important means of malignant tumor therapy.
