氨氯地平控释片与二硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗变异性心绞痛的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察氨氯地平控释片与二硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗变异性心绞痛的疗效。方法选择我院2006年7月至2010年12月收治的变异性心绞痛患者62例为观察组,给予氨氯地平控释片10 mg,晨服1次;选择我院同期收治的变异性心绞痛患者62例为对照组,采用二硝酸异山梨醇酯5 mg,3次/d。两组疗程均为2～4周,比较两组症状消失、心电图改善、血流变及血脂变化情况。结果观察组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、持续及缓解时间的临床疗效和心电图疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前观察组与对照组比较全血黏稠度、血浆黏稠度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、三酰甘油、胆固醇均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与治疗前相比,各项观察指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后各项观察指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平治疗变异性心绞痛的疗效优于二硝酸异山梨醇酯。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of amlodipine release-controlled tablets and isosorbide dinitrate tablets treatment for variant angina.Methods 62 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2006 to December 2010 with variant angina were chosen as the observation group,which were administered amlokipine release-controlled tablet 10 mg,1 time every morning;another 62 patients with the same disease during the same period were chosen as the control group,which were administered isosorbide dinitrate tablets 5 mg,3 times/d.Treatment period of both groups were 2-4 weeks,after which symptoms disappearance,ECG improvement,blood and blood lipid changes were compared.Results After treatment,angina attack frequency,lasting and relief time of the observation group was better than the control group（P0.01）.Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,triglycerides,cholesterol were not significantly different（P0.05） between the two groups before treatment,but were significantly different after treatment（P0.05）.The observed indicators of the observation group after treatment were significantly different（P0.05） compared with before treatment.The indicators of the control group showed no significant difference（P0.05） before and after treatment.Conclusion Amlodipine has better therapeutica effect than isosorbide dinitrate as treatment for variant angina.
