摘 要:单边定向钻是黄土塬地区的一种新型管道穿越技术,具有穿越距离长、高差大、施工效率高、坡体干扰小等优点,适用于大型黄土冲沟、陡坎的一次性穿越。目前,国内外缺乏单边定向钻的技术规范,设计施工以经验为主。文章研究了单边定向钻穿越线路设计方法,建立直线穿越轨迹和弧线穿越轨迹的设计依据,并以榆济管道为工程背景,介绍了单边定向钻穿越黄土冲沟的线路设计。研究成果不仅为榆济管道冲沟穿越提供了技术依据和指导,也有助于单边定向钻技术的完善和推广。Single-sided directional drilling(SDD) is employed as a new method for pipeline crossing loess gullies in recent years, which has practically proved to be feasible for large gully and steep slope crossings for its obvious advantages in crossing distance, crossing height, construction efficiency and slope stability. Because there is no reliable guideline or standard for it, SDD is almost designed and constructed by experience. This paper introduces a method for bore planning of SDD crossing in which bore plannings of linear drill path and curve drill path are designed respectively. Finally, two typical cases of pipeline crossing loess gullies in Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline Project are designed and constructed with proposed method. The drill path designs give the effective guideline for gully crossing construction in Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline. Moreover, it could also help to improve and extend the technology of SDD.
