摘　　要：基于规范职业体育俱乐部建设,提升联盟市场化运作水平,运用文献资料法、统计分析法和逻辑分析对NBA市场准入制度进行了探讨,研究认为NBA市场准入制度为其职业化发展提供了保证,通过准入壁垒的设置控制着俱乐部的资质和联盟的规模,并对俱乐部的区域分布和迁移进行着限制,维持了联盟的竞争平衡和经济平衡,并促进了联赛的健康发展。By the methods of literature study, statistics and logical analysis, the paper discusses the market access system of NBA in order to standardize the construction of professional sports clubs and upgrade the market-oriented operation of the union. The result shows that NBA market access system ensures NBA＇s professional development. By setting the access barriers, the quality of the clubs and size of the union are under control. The regional distribution and migration of the clubs are limited. Thus, the competition and economy of the union are balanced and the healthy development of the League is promoted.
