摘　　要：目的探讨总结我海军首次在海外展开独立型门诊的护理工作方法。方法明确护理工作目标,关注细节,从工作前期的充分准备,到展开后对场所区域的设置及对护理人员的分工,细化流程,突出重点,完成护理任务。结果达成既定目标,确保护理工作展开有序,涉外护理沟通有效,防疫工作实施有力,护理安全督导有方。结论在海外非医疗场所展开独立型门诊,通过精心筹划、合理分工,倾注人文关怀,重点突出安全、沟通及防疫工作等护理工作方法,取得了良好效果,切实为当地民众提供了优质、高效、安全的护理服务。Objective To discuss and sum up the methods of nursing at the independent clinic first deployed overseas at non-medical sites.methods Targets of nursing were clearly defined and great care was taken to every detail,including full preparations before deployment and establishment of medical site after deployment,the division of nurses,full elaboration of workflow,the priorities of work,etc.results All the fixed targets were fulfilled,nursing work carried out in an orderly manner,effective communication made with foreigners in the process of nursing,epidemic prevention implemented effectively,supervision of nursing safety also directed in a proper manner. conclusion In the deployment of an independent clinic at non-medical sites overseas,good results could be achieved,through thorough planning,rational division of labor,humane care,with especial emphasis on safety,communication and epidemic prevention.In the end,high quality,effective and most importantly safe nursing service could be provided to the local people.
