摘　　要：目的探讨加强对非现役文职护士的管理和培养方法。方法从军队医院护理管理工作中寻找加强非现役文职护士的管理和培养方法。结果必须从组织管理、在职培训、实行人性化管理等方面入手,加强军队医院非现役文职护士的管理与培养。结论军队医院非现役文职护士的素质必须适应新时期军队医院的发展需要,必须加强对其的管理和培养。Objective To explore methods to heighten the management and training of non-active civilian nurses in the military hospital. methods The methods to heighten the management and training of non-active civilian nurses lay in the nursing management of military hospitals. results： The management and training of non-active civilian nurses in military hospitals should be approached and solved from management,on-the-job training,personalized management,etc. conclusion The quality of non-active civilian nurses in military hospitals should meet the demands of development of military hospitals in the new era,for this reason,their management and training should be intensified.
