摘 要:文章探讨了三维翅片管螺旋隔板换热器的传热性能,针对YR型余热再生压缩空气干燥装置的工艺需求,设计了一种三维翅片管高效的中间冷却器并在某制药厂应用。运行结果表明其总传热系数可达到560~680 W/m2.K-1,比传统冷却器提高了1.15~1.26倍,换热面积缩小了53%。如在YR型余热再生压缩空气干燥装置系统中推广应用,可带来巨大的经济效益和节能效益。The heat transfer performances of a 3D-fin-tube heat exchanger with helical baffles had been discussed in the paper.An air cooling exchanger with 3D-fin tube was designed according to processing technique of the YR compressed air afterheat regeneration dryer.The overall heat transfer coefficient of the new designed heat exchanger could be 560~680 W/m2·K-1 and 1.15~1.26 times more than that of spiral fluted tubes.The heat transfer surface area was shortening to less than 53 %.There would be an enormous benefit of economy and energy saving if this technique had been applied to the sorted of compress air dehumidifier systems.
