高校实验室师资队伍建设标准化体系初探

摘　　要：实验室队伍建设是高校实验室建设的重要组成部分,实验室队伍建设的严重滞后已经成为各高校发展的颈瓶。分析了目前实验室队伍的现状及存在的主要问题,根据高校建设发展的趋势,提出了实验室队伍建设的目标,并从管理机制、政策保证、激励机制、考核办法等方面出发,探索建设一支高素质实验室队伍的途径。The construction of laboratory staff was an important component of laboratory construction,and the serious lag became the bottleneck of the development of higher education.The current status and main problems of laboratory staff were analyzed and the target of construction of laboratory staff was put forward based on the trend of construction and development in colleges.In addition,some advices were proposed for construction of laboratory staff,such as management mechanism,policy guarantee,incentive mechanism,and assessment method.
