摘  要:通过合理的冶金成分和生产工艺控制,成功开发了高炉炉壳用钢。钢板正火后按标准取样进行分析和检验,结果表明,试验钢晶粒细小均匀,钢板探伤(Ⅱ级)检测合格,力学性能优异,各项指标均能满足高炉炉壳用钢的技术要求。Through reasonable design of chemical composition and production technology control, the blast furnace shell steel was developed successfully. The steel after normalizing was analyzed and tested with standard samples, the results showed that the steel grain was fine uniform and the result of detection was acceptable, and the mechanical property was excellent. The steel performance met the requirement of the building of blast furnace shell.
