商洛炼锌厂污水处理系统的设计及生产实践

摘　　要：介绍商洛炼锌厂10万t/a电锌及配套焙烧烟气制酸项目污水处理系统的设计工艺、主要设备及生产运行的实践情况。本系统自2009年6月与项目建设同时建成,同时投入生产,安全运行至今,未发生重大设备事故和环保事故,可作为项目环境影响评价、环境保护设施设计、竣工环境验收及其污水污染物排放管理的重要依据。Describe the design process the major equipment and production running of wastewater treatment system in the project of the electric roasting zinc at 100,000 t/a and sulfuric acid in the shangluo zinc plant. In June 2009, since the system was completed, and put into production at the same time the project, has run safely so far, and hasn＇t been major equipment accidents as well as environmental incidents, which provides important basis for the project environmental impact assessment, environmental facilities design, inspection to the completion and the management to environment pollutants.
