摘  要:为了降低迷你型黄瓜的种苗成本,对迷你型黄瓜的不定芽的快繁技术进行了研究.以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同的激素处理对迷你型黄瓜离体子叶不定芽的诱导、增殖与生根的影响.结果表明:以MS+0.3mg/L6-BA+0.05mg/LIAA为培养基诱导不定芽的效果较好,以MS+0.2mg/L 6-BA+0.05mg/L IAA为培养基的增殖效果较理想,以1/2MS+0.2mg/LIAA为培养基的生根效果较好,生根率达98%,且根系发达.The rapid propagation technology of Mini-Cucumkber was studied in this experiment for reducing cost of seedings, in which adventitious busd were used to be experimental materials. Effects of different hormone treatments on the inductivity, proliferation and rooting of the adventitious mini-cucumber buds in vitro were investigated, using MS as the basic culture medium. Results show that MS+ 0. 3mg/L 6-BA+0.05mg/L IAA as the basic medium produces a quite satisfying effect in term of the inductivity of adventitious bud, and MS-F0.2mg/L 6-BA+0.05mg/L IAA was the ideal medium for the proliferation of adventitious bud, while 1/2MS+0.2mg/L IAA was pretty satisfactory in rooting with the. rooting rate reaching up to 98% and a strongly developed root system.
