摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱功能训练仪对拔除尿管后患者自主排尿的影响。方法选择2009年6月至2011年1月在哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院泌尿外科需要留置尿管5d以上的患者60例,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者采用膀胱功能训练仪进行膀胱功能训练,对照组患者则常规持续开放尿管,在拔尿管的前1d间断夹闭尿管。比较两组患者拔除尿管后首次排尿情况及排尿5次后的残余尿量。结果两组患者拔除尿管后首次排尿成功率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);排尿5次后,观察组患者的残尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱功能训练仪可促进患者自主排尿功能的恢复,减少尿潴留发生率。Objective To explore the effects of bladder function training instrument in promoting urination function after removing urinary catheter.Methods From June 2009 to January 2011,60 patients with urinary catheter ≥5 d were divided into experimental group（N=30）and control group（N=30） according to the admission sequence.The experimental group trained bladder function using bladder function training instrument.The control group received the conventional continuous open urinary catheter and discontinued the urinary catheter 1day before removing urinary catheter.Comparison was conducted on the first micturition situation after drawing urinary catheter and the amount of residual urine after five times of micturition.Results The first success rate of micturition of the two groups were significantly different（P0.05）.The residual urine was less in the observation group than in the control group after five times of micturition（P0.05）.Conclusion Bladder function training instrument can promote automatic micturition function recovery and reduce the rate of urinary retension.
