高速公路交通伤与战创伤伤情特点的比较及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨高速公路交通伤与战创伤伤情的特点。方法对2003年1月至2009年12月在解放军第117医院住院的2 588例高速公路交通伤患者的损伤部位、伤员损伤类别、急救护理措施进行分析,并与昆明某医院病历记载的战创伤伤员救治资料进行比较。结果高速公路交通伤伤员的主要损伤部位与战创伤伤员相比,除多部位伤及其他伤外,余均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。其损伤类别与战创伤伤员相比,除肢体坏死以外,余均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种创伤的急救护理均为通气、止血、包扎、固定、搬运。结论高速公路交通伤急救中护士的快速反应能力、熟练的急救技能、批量伤员快速分流、有效的急救管理模式是交通伤患者抢救成功的关键,也是军队护理人员探索平战结合的急救护理重点,也是提高应对战时及突发性事件卫勤保障中救护能力的有效途径。Objective To explore the characteristics of wav injury and speedway traffic injurys.Methods From January 2003 to December 2009,2588 cases of speedway traffic injuries in No.117 Hospital of PLA were anlyzed on the injured sites,the distribution of the critically wounded,the emergency nursing procedures and nursing methods.Then the data were compared with the corresponding data in a hospital of Kunming.Results Significant difference was identified neither on injure sites except injuries at multiple sites and other injuries nor on injury types except limb necrosis between patients with war injuries and those with speedway traffic injuries（P0.05）.The two trauma emergency nursing both referred to the same period,bleeding,bandaging,fixed and handling.Conclusion The nurses＇ capacities of fast reaction,perfect emergency skills,timely reposition of batches of wounded and effective emergency management mode play the key role in rescuing the traffic wounded successfully and also serves as the key nursing points of emergency nursing methods for wartime and peacetime for nursing staff in military hospitals as well as the effective way to improve the rescue capacities in wartime and emergency incidents.
