摘  要:采用静电纺丝法制备了SiO2/PVDF纳米纤维复合膜,并把其作为一种增强体浸渍到全氟磺酸树脂中得到SiO2/PVDF/Nafion纳米纤维增强复合质子交换膜,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合膜的表面形貌及纤维分散状态,研究了复合膜的热稳定性和热机械性能,并考察了复合膜在不同温度下质子传导性能。结果表明全氟磺酸树脂充分填充纤维膜并且分散均匀,复合膜的热稳定性及热机械性能有所提高,SiO2/PVDF/Nafion复合膜的质子传导率随着纤维中SiO2含量的增加而增高,最高可达到0.23 S/cm。SiO2/PVDF composite nanofiber membrane was fabricated by electrospinning methode in this paper.Then this membrane was dipped in the perfluoro-sulfonic polymer to fabricate the SiO2/PVDF/Nafion nano fiber reinforced composite proton exchange membrane.The surface morphology and fiber decentralized state of this composite proton exchange memebrane were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The thermal stability and thermal mechanical properties had been studied,and the proton conduct ability was inspected under different temperature.The test results indicated that the perfluoro-sulfonic polymer were fully filling in fiber composite membrane and dispersed uniformly.The thermal stability and thermal mechanical properties were reinforced.The electrical conductivity of SiO2/PVDF/Nafion composite membrane was increased with the the content of SiO2 of composite nanofiber increased,the maxium value was 0.23 S/cm.
