摘　　要：以苯胺衍生物为原料,经缩合、环化反应合成靛红衍生物,用所合成的靛红衍生物与靛红酸酐缩合得到色胺酮衍生物,再经肟化、酯化、Williamson反应合成了6种新的6-肟醚(酯)基吲哚喹唑啉类化合物。用元素分析、1HNMR、MSI、R对合成产物的结构通过表征,确定了化合物结构。Isatin derivatives were prepared by reduction of condensation and cyclization with aniline derivatives,followed by condensation with isatoic anhydride to give tryptanthrine derivatives.Six kinds of products 6-indolo quinazoline oxime ethers（esters） were prepared by oximation、esterification and Williamson reactions.The structures of the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,1HNMR,MS and IR techniques.
