摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定金属饰品中铅、镉、铬、汞、锑、砷、硒、钡、镍的含量。用体积比为3∶1的浓硝酸和浓盐酸微波溶解样品,研究了样品的消解方法、消解介质、分析谱线及工作参数等对检测结果的影响。方法的检测限(mg/L):铅0.06、镉0.009、铬0.002、汞0.04、砷0.02、硒0.01、钡0.01、锑0.008、镍0.001,该方法快速简便,方法的回收率和精密度分别为96%~103%和0.48%~1.23%。The simultaneous determination method of Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,Sb,As,Se,Ba and Ni in metal Jewelry has been developed by ICP-AES.The sample was dissolved with HCl and HNO3.The factors such as method of dissolver,medium of dissolver,the selection of analytical wavelengths,the influence of instrument parameters such as auxiliary gas,analysis pump rate have been disscussed.The detection limits were 0.06 mg/L for Pb,0.009 mg/L for Cd,0.002 mg/L for Cr,0.04 mg/L for Hg,0.02 mg/L for As,0.01 mg/L for Se,0.01 mg/L for Ba,0.008 mg/L for Sb,0.001 mg/L for Ni.The recovery rates and precision are in the range of 96%~103% and 0.48%~1.23% respectively.The method is simple and fast with satisfactory results of real samples,convenient and suitable for daily inspection of metal jewelry.
