摘 要:利用分子印迹技术,以辛弗林(SYN)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,二甲基乙二醇丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,在四氢呋喃(THF)溶液中制备了辛弗林分子印迹聚合物(SYN-MIP);通过紫外光谱法研究了SYN与MAA的非共价作用,并通过静态平衡实验评价了SYN-MIP的吸附性能和分子识别能力。结果表明:SYN-MIP中存在对SYN有不同亲和力的两类结合位点;与非分子印迹聚合物(NIP)相比,SYN-MIP对SYN具有高吸附性能和选择识别能力;选择性吸附在1 h内基本完成。Synephrine imprinted polymer SYN-MIP was prepared by adopting molecular imprinting technique using methacrylic acid as a functional monomer,EDMA as a cross-linker,and AIBN as an evocating agent in THF solution.The non-covalent interaction between Synephrine and methacrylic acid were determined by UV spectrometry.Synephrine imprinted polymer′s binding affinity and selectivity toward Synephrine were evaluated by equilibrium adsorption experiments and its adsorption kinetics were obtained.The results showed that two classes of binding sites were formed in the SYN-MIP,which had different affinity to Synephrine.SYN-MIP exhibited high selective absorption and recognition toward Synephrine.The selective absorption of Synephrine on SYN-MIP could be completely finished in 1 h.
