摘 要:为去除难降解的酚类物质,以活性碳纤维负载钴酞菁(CoPc-ACF)为催化剂、以H2O2为氧化剂组成新型催化氧化体系(CoPc-ACF/H2O2)。该体系能充分发挥CoPc-ACF中活性碳纤维的吸附特性和钴酞菁的催化性能。以对硝基苯酚、对甲氧基苯酚和取代氯酚为对象,研究该体系对其的吸附催化氧化性能。采用UPLC检测酚类物质的去除效果,结果表明:当CoPc-ACF用量为0.4 g,双氧水用量为100 mmol/L,取代酚浓度为0.2~0.5 mmol/L,25℃下反应5 h后,几种取代酚的去除率均大于97%,取代基种类和个数对催化氧化过程的影响不大。采用GC-MS对比分析了不同取代酚催化氧化后的产物,提出了可能的反应机制。In order to remove refractory phenols,a novel catalytic oxidation system,consisting of activated carbon fibers supported with cobalt phthalocyanine(CoPc-ACF) and H2O2 as oxidant,has been developed,which gives full play to the adsorption of ACF and the catalysis of cobalt phthalocyanine.The oxidative removal of p-nitrophenol,p-methoxyphenol,and chlorophenol were investigated in this catalytic oxidation system.The results showed that more than 97% of these phenols were removed in 5 h under the condition of CoPc-ACF 0.4 g,H2O2 100 mmol/L,25 ℃ and concentration of substituted phenols from 0.2 mmol/L to 0.5 mmol/L,which were identified by UPLC.The type and number of substituted group makes no difference to catalytic effect.In addition,the possible catalytic oxidation degradation mechanism was proposed on the basis of the intermediate products formed in the catalytic oxidation of substituted phenols,which were identified by GC-MS methods.
