摘 要:为给二步法编织物的微观结构和相关力学性能分析提供基础模型,以二步法矩形三维编织物为例,在分析编织运动规律和纱线屈曲形态的基础上,将数学计算与图解法相结合,寻找编织物内交叉2根纱线间距离最小处。以压紧状态下交叉2根纱线相互接触却不相互干涉为条件,确定了编织物最小节长。以纱线在编织物内部呈直线、在编织物表面呈椭圆弧为中心路径,以圆形模拟纱线截面,在3DS MAX平台上建立了编织物仿真模型。该模型能清晰表达编织物外观和纱线交织状况,为编织工艺的设计和优化提供参考。In order to provide a basic model for analysis of 2-step braid microstructure and related mechanics,the 2-step braided rectangular fabric was taken as an example,the place where the minimum distance between two crossing yarns in the fabric is explored with the help of math and diagram based on analysis of braiding operational rule and curvilinear motion of yarns.Then the determination of minimum pitch length is discussed on the understanding that yarns only keep touching but not interfering with each other in compacted state.A simulation model of braided fabrics is also presented on 3DS MAX platform in which braiding yarns appear straight inside the fabrics,bending at the surface with a circular cross-section.The model expresses fabric appearance and yarns interlacing clearly,and offers visualized information for design and optimization of braiding process.
