摘　　要：城市圈以其强大的聚集力加速了区域经济的迅速发展,这种聚集经济会产生正负两方面的外部性,如何消除负的外部性并增强正外部性是城市圈健康迅速发展的关键。武汉城市圈在我国中部崛起战略中起着至关重要的作用,通过对武汉城市圈经济发展进行实证分析,深入分析其正负外部性产生原因,并得出如何将武汉城市圈聚集经济负外部性内化的办法。With its powerful agglomeration forces,urban circle accelerates the rapid development of regional economy. This agglomeration economy will produce certain externalities. It＇s important to find out how to eliminate the negative externalities and even turn it into a positive one. Wuhan urban circle plays an important role in the rise of the central region strategy. Through empirical analysis,this article analyses the positive and negative externality in Wuhan urban circles and discusses how to solve the problem of externality that appears in the development of Wuhan urban circle.
