摘　　要：借用CMM的基本理念,结合企业节能减排管理的现状,提出了企业节能减排能力成熟度模型(ESER-CMM),阐述了ESER-CMM模型5个等级的含义、关键过程,从而为企业节能减排能力等级评价提供依据,促进企业节能减排管理能力的有效提升,最终实现企业节能减排目标。Citing the basic concept of CMM and combining with the current situation of the energy saving and emission reduction management in enterprises,the article brings up the enterprise＇s Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Capability Maturity Model （ESER-CMM）,and then elaborates the five levels＇ meanings and key processes in ESER-CMM. It provides gist for the evaluation of the enterprise＇s energy saving and emission reduction capability level,and urges enterprises to raise their management capacity of energy saving and emission reduction effectively, which can lead to achieving the goal of enterprise＇s energy saving and emission reduction.
