摘 要:为了把握齿谐波励磁系统的性能,需要快速地计算齿谐波绕组感应电动势波形。通过分析定子齿谐波磁导以及转子齿谐波绕组节距的特点,对转子齿谐波绕组的感应电动势波形计算提出进一步简化,并分析简化原理。简化后只需计算1/2个定子齿距内定转子不同位置下的电磁场,根据电磁场计算结果,得到转子齿谐波绕组磁链在一个周期内的波形,从而快速计算出转子齿谐波绕组感应电动势波形和有效值。该方法具有计算准确、计算量小以及物理概念清楚等优点。对一台齿谐波励磁的混合励磁永磁同步发电机进行了计算和实验,计算结果和实验结果的比较验证了方法的正确性。It is necessary to fast calculate the induced electromotive force(EMF) waveform of the tooth harmonic windings for grasping the performance of the tooth harmonic excitation system.The calculation of the induced EMF waveform of the tooth harmonic windings is further simplified through analyzing the characteristics of the tooth harmonic permeability of the stator and the tooth harmonic windings pitch of the rotor,and simplified theory is introduced.The method only requires solving the steady state electromagnetic field for the different rotor positions within half of stator tooth pitch after simplification,and the flux linkage waveform of the tooth harmonic windings in a cycle was obtained according to the results of the electromagnetic field,so the waveform and the effective value of the induced EMF of the tooth harmonic windings were calculated fast.The proposed method has the advantages of accuracy,less computation and clear physical concepts.Calculation and test are performed for one hybrid excitation permanent magnet synchronous generator utilizing tooth harmonic for excitation,and the comparison of calculated and experimental results verify the correctness of the method.
