摘 要:为了准确定量研究直流脉冲水处理系统阻垢机理,提出基于微弱感生电流解析模型的阻垢效果评价方法。对直接决定阻垢效果的溶液感生电流进行解析建模,得到感生电流的解析表达式。用感生电流对溶液做功的平均功率衡量感生电场对溶液作用的强弱,并且基于平均功率与激磁线圈尺寸参数之间的函数关系得到激磁线圈的优化方法,用精确度较高的二维有限元分析方法对实例系统的溶液感生电流进行计算,计算结果与感生电流解析式得到的结果较好地吻合,平均计算误差为3.58%,验证了模型的正确性。激磁线圈优化设计表明,在一定的线圈尺寸约束条件下,线圈匝数越少,线圈半径越小,则平均功率越大。特别是在水管半径已经确定的前提下,当线圈的长度等于线圈直径时,可使平均功率达到最大值,当半径为0.01、0.03、0.05 m,线圈匝数为20、30、50时,平均功率最大值可以达到6×10-6、3×10-76、×10-8 W。In order to do a quantitative study of the anti-fouling mechanism to the DC pulse water processor(DC PWP) system,an evaluation method of anti-fouling effect based on modeling of weak induced current was put forward.Firstly,an analytical model of induced current in aqueous solution,which can decide the anti-fouling effect directly,was built.Then,it was put forward that the intensity of the DC PWP system acting on the hard water can be measured by the average power of the induced current in the solution,and the method of the optimizing of excitation coil was got based on the functional relationship between the average power of the induced current and the size parameters of the coil.At last,the analytical expression of the induced current was proved correct by using 2D finite element method to calculate the induced current in a practical model,the calculated results and the results obtained by the analytical expression of the induced current can tally well.The average relative error is 3.58%.The result of the optimizing of excitation coil indicates that the shorter the coil radius is and the less the coil turns are,then the average power is bigger on a specific constraint condition,especially,on the condition that the coil radius is confirmed,the max value of the average power can be got when the length of the coil equals to the diameter of the coil.When coil radius is 0.01,0.03,0.05 m,coil turns are 20,30,50,then the max value of the average power is 6×10^-6,3×10^-7,6×10^-8 W.
