摘  要:四川省钢铁工业综合能耗、各工序能耗与全国先进水平均有较大差距。节能潜力巨大。能耗高的原因首先是因为采用钒钛磁铁矿,该矿难选出、品位低、焦比高,且要增加一级提钒工序,能耗较高。其次是装备水平不高,设备大型化率不高;最后就是因为节能技术、技能装备普及率不高。大量资源未能实现回收利用。分析认为,应针对上述问题采取针对性的措施,可达到四川省钢铁工业大量节能的目的。The comprehensive energy consumption and energy consumption of every process of steel industry in Sichuan are higher than the advanced level of the country,which means there is a huge potential of energy conservation.The first one of the factors leading to high energy consumption is using vanadium-titanium magnetite as raw material,which is characterized as difficult beneficiation,low-grade and high coke rate.It needs adding a process to extract vanadium resulting in higher energy consumption.The second is that the equipment is not advanced.Finally,the technology,skills and equipment of energy conservation are widely used.Therefore a lot of resources are not recovered for reuse.To realize energy conservation in steel industry of Sichuan Provence,relevant measures must be taken.
