摘  要:【目的】干旱一直是制约我国粮食生产的一个重要因素。筛选具有强抗旱的谷子种质,培育抗旱的谷子品种,已成为谷子育种的重要方向。【方法】采用谷子田间自然干旱胁迫法,以经济产量和生物产量为主要性状,用抗旱性指数(DTTg)作为抗旱性鉴定与评价指标,对国家种质库内的1200份谷子种质的抗旱性进行鉴定与评价。【结果】鉴定出1级抗旱性极强种质116份、2级抗旱性强种质242份、3级抗旱性中等种质391份、4级抗旱性弱种质385份、5级抗旱性极弱种质66份,未结实材料15份。【结论】鉴定筛选出的抗旱性较强的谷子种质是谷子抗旱育种重要而珍贵的抗旱种质资源。[ Objective ] Drought stress is always the restricting factor of food production in our country. Screening gerplasm with high drought resistance has been the important direction for millet breeding. [ Method ] This study was conducted under a natural drought stress condition in the field, and took the economic yield and botanic dry weight as the test characters. With the drought resistance index (DTIg) as the identifiable in- dex, 1 200 sets of national gerplasm of setaria italica were evaluated. [ Result ] The result of the evaluation was: first grade 116 sets with the highest resistance, second grade 242 sets with higher resistance, third grade 391 sets with median resistance, fourth grade 385 sets with weaker resistance and fifth grade 66 sets with the weakest resistance. But there were 15 sets that failed to be grained in the test. [ Conclusion] The setarla italica with high drought resistance will be the important and precious germplasm for millet breeding.
