摘 要:目的分析2010年四川省国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点的疫情数据,了解监测点血吸虫病现状及疫情变化趋势,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国血吸虫病监测方案》在四川9个国家级监测点开展2010年钉螺和血吸虫病监测工作。结果 9个监测点居民血检阳性率在2.73%~17.02%之间,平均血检阳性率和感染率(Kato-Katz法)分别为7.62%和0.10%,人群感染度(EPG)几何均数为0.003,耕牛感染率为1.02%。共查出钉螺面积128 285 m2,活螺密度在0.02~1.29只/0.1 m2之间,平均活螺密度为0.21只/0.1 m2,未发现感染性钉螺。结论四川省血吸虫病已控制在较低水平,但仍需进一步加强健康教育、家畜管理以及钉螺控制,防止疫情回升。Objective To analyze the endemic situation of Schistosomiasis at the national surveillance sites in Si- ehuan province in 2010, understand the present status and variation trend of Schistosomiasis, provide scientific evidence for control. Method According to the National Surveillance Protocol for Schistosomiasis, surveillance was carried out in 9 national surveillance sites in Sichuan. Results Among 9 national surveillance sites, the positive rate of residents with sera examination was from 2. 73% to 17.02% ; the average positive rate of resi- dents with sera examination and the average infection rate of the residents with Kato-Katz were 7.62% and 0. 10% , respectively ; and the geometrical mean of EPG of the residents was 0. 003. The infection rate of cattle was 1.02%. The snail area was 128 285 m2, the density of living snails was from 0. 02 - 1.29 per 0. 1 m2 and the average density of snails was 0. 21 per 0. 1 m2 ; no infected snails were found. Conclusion The epidemic of Schistosomiasis remained at low level in Sichuan. Health education; the management of domestic animals and the control of snails should be strengthened to prevent the re-raising up of Schistosomiasis epidemic.
