摘  要:运用水溶液聚合的方法,合成了一种应用于湿法磷酸过滤系统的两亲聚合物。通过单因素实验,确定了其最佳的实验合成条件为:单体质量配比AM∶DMDAAC∶自制单体A=70∶15∶15,固含量10%,反应温度60℃,溶液pH值4.0,引发剂质量分数0.07%。合成的两亲聚合物兼具絮凝剂的絮凝性能和表面活性剂的疏水作用,具有良好的助滤效果。加入合成的两亲聚合物后,磷酸料浆体系的过滤速率相比空白提高了约4.2倍,滤饼水份降低了约10.81%,显示本报道所合成的聚合物对对此体系过滤系统的生产有良好的促进作用。An amphiphilic polymer was synthesized by solution copolymerization,which was used for the filtering system of wet process phosphoric acid.By the single factor experiments,the optimum synthesis condition was confirmed:the monomer ratio of m(AM):m(DMDAAC):m(synthesized monomer A)was 70:15:15,the solid content of the monomer was 10%,polymerization temperature was 60℃,the pH value was 4.0 and the initiator content was 0.07%.The amphiphilic polymer exhibited both flocculation as flocculant and hydrophobic interaction as surfactant and better filter aid effect.After the copolymer being added into the phosphoric acid slurry,the filtration rate of the phosphoric acid slurry was increased 4.2 times,the mass content of H2O was reduced 10.81%,which exhibited that the productivity of the filtering system of phosphoric acid slurry was promoted by the synthesized copolymer as reported in this paper.
