摘 要:为了解地氟病区土壤化学元素异常分布情况,给全面查找地氟病病因提供依据,采用生态学比较研究对各乡镇患病率与土壤化学元素水平做了相关分析。结果表明,巫山县土壤中铅、镍、氟、pH与患病率有较弱的正相关关系;奉节县土壤中汞、镍与患病率有较弱的正相关关系。巫山县土壤氟和碘分别是其背景值的1.84、2.89倍,患病率高达65.3%的建平乡镉含量是其背景值的11.41倍。提示碱性的高氟土壤可能增加人体氟摄入量;远高于背景值的土壤碘水平可能会使地氟病患病率上升;铅、镉以其本身对骨骼系统的损害可能间接对地氟病产生影响;镍可能与地氟病致病的相关基因表达的调节有关。To understand the normal distribution of chemical element in soil, which provide a basis for comprehensive search of endemic fluorosis pathogeny. Methods the ecology of comparative study was used to analysis rates and chemical element level. The Results Showed that In Wushan the soil lead, nickel, fluorine, pH value and rates have weaker positive relationship. In Fengjie soil mercury, nickel and rates have weaker positive relationship. In Wushan soil fluorine and iodine respectively is the background values of 1.84, 2. 89 times, jianping countryside rates as high as 65.3% , its cadmium content is 11.41 times the background values. It Concludes the alkaline and high fluorosis soil may increase human fluorine intake; higher iodine content than background value may make the effectiveness in serious condition; the damage of lead and cadmium to skeletal system could indirectly affect endemic fluorosis; nickel may be related to gene expression regulation about endemic fluorosis pathogeny.
