海南产槟榔、沉香及槟榔-沉香药对中锰的测定与生物利用性

摘  要:为测定海南产槟榔、沉香及槟榔-沉香(质量比为1∶1)药对中锰的含量与生物利用性,并了解锰的健康效应,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了槟榔、沉香原药及其水煎液中锰的含量,并用体外消化-透析法模拟人体胃肠道消化,研究了锰的生物利用性。结果表明,该法回收率为98.32%~102.40%,RSD为1.24%~1.76%。原药材中锰的含量为:40.22μg.g-1(槟榔)、238.52μg.g-1(沉香)、139.37μg.g-1(槟榔-沉香药对);水煎液中锰的含量为:29.19μg.g-1(槟榔)、162.66μg.g-1(沉香)、95.37μg.g-1(槟榔-沉香药对);锰的生物可接受率为:0.74%(槟榔)、0.48%(沉香)、0.63%(槟榔-沉香药对),槟榔(10 g)、沉香(10 g)及槟榔-沉香药对(20 g)水煎剂中锰的营养素参考值百分比:8.3%(槟榔),46.5%(沉香),54.5%(槟榔-沉香药对)。沉香及槟榔-沉香(质量比为1∶1)药对中锰的含量丰富,口服沉香原药及含沉香中药时沉香是人体摄入锰的一种重要来源,但锰的生物可接受率却很低(<1%),说明锰的生物利用性很差,服用槟榔、沉香以及槟榔-沉香(质量比为1∶1)药对,从锰的角度来说没有健康风险。To study the content and bioaccessibility of Mn in the Chinese medicines of Hainan Binglang (Areca catectu L), Chenxiang(Aquilaria sinensis Lour. ) and the herbal pair Binglang - Chenxiang (1:1 mass ratio), to learn about the healthy effects of Mn, the content of Mn in Binglang, Chenxiang and the herbal pair Binglang - CherLxiang (1: I mass ratio ) were determined by flame atomic absorpton spectrometry (FAAS). In vitro digestion - dialysis was adopted to simulate the human gastrointestinal digestion, and the resulting dialysates were analyzed for Mn bioaccessibility by FAAS. The result showed that the method for Mn determination was valid with recovery in 98.32%- 102.40%, and precision in 1.24% - 1.76% RSD, Mn content were found to be 40. 22 0657.31 (herb) and 29. 19 0657.31 (decoction) for Binglang, 238.52 0657.31(herb) and 139.370657.31(decoction) for Chenxiang ; 162. 66 0657.31 (herb) and 95.37 0657.31 (decoction) for Binglang - Chenxiang herb - pair. The bioaceessibility of Mn was 0. 74%, 0. 48% and 0. 63% respectively in Binglang, Chenxiang and Binglang - Chenxiang herb - pair. The Mn percentage of Chinese nutrient reference values (NRV) was 8.3% in decoctions of 10 g Binglang, 46. 5% in decoctions of 10 g Chenxiang, and 46.5% in decoctions of 20 g binglang - ehenxiang herb - pair. It concludes Mn content is high in the Chenxiang herb and Binglang - Chenxiang herb - pair while its bioavailability is very low ( 〈 1% ) in Binglang herb, Chenxiang herb or Binglang - Chenxiang herb - pair , implying that Chenxiang herb or Binglang - Chenxiang herb - pair be an important source for Mn uptake and the healthy risk of Mn is extremely low when oral use.
