摘　　要：从环境竞争力、持续竞争力、发展规模竞争力出发,构建了一套基于层次分析法(AHP)的衡量旅游核心竞争力的评价指标体系。通过建立旅游产业竞争力评价指标体系,并且以其他旅游城市为参考对象,评价洛阳旅游古城产业发展存在的问题并提出建议。The paper established a county of evaluation system on evaluating the tourist competitiveness in light of the following three cores： environment competitiveness,sustainable competitiveness,development competitiveness based on AHP.Through establishing tourism industry competitiveness evaluation index system,The existing problems in Luoyang tourism industry was evaluated and presented some suggestions compared with other tourism cities in this paper.
