省际边界区域城市化的空间分异特征及影响因素分析——以淮海经济区为例

摘　　要：以因子分析法为基础构建城市化发展水平的综合评价指标体系,对淮海经济区115个市县进行定量评价及分类,并在此基础上分析各市县发展的主要影响因子。得出淮海经济区城市化发展水平相对滞后,两极分化现象严重,并且差异日益增大的现象。现阶段的主要影响因素为经济水平、产业结构、城镇人口规模、就业结构、居民生活水平等;而教育投入、城镇基础设施和环境等指标的影响十分微弱。Based on factor analysis,this paper constructs comprehensive assessing index system of urbanization,conducts quantitative appraisals and categorizations within a vast samples of 115 counties＇ urbanization in Huaihai Economic Zone,and analyzes the regional effective factors.It is revealed that the differences in development levels within the region is very obvious;the polarization is serious and the tendency of urbanization in Huaihai Economic Zone will enlarge the gap increasingly as time goes on.At present stage,the primary factors are the level of economic development,industrial structures,urban population size,employment structure and the urban residents＇ living standards,whereas the influence of educational investment,city infrastructure and environment factors are just minimal.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the progression of urbanization in Huaihai Economic Zone.
