我国手机回收逆向物流模式研究

摘　　要：我国废旧手机逐年增长,通过逆向物流管理可以回收资源,保护环境,净化手机流通渠道,提高顾客满意度。发达国家通过"生产商延伸责任制"使废旧手机通过生产商、生产商委托运营商回收方式或是第三方回收公司从消费者逆向返回生产商/供应商。通过借鉴国外成功的回收模式经验,建立我国手机联合回收模式,可充分发挥各主体的职责。The increasing number of discarded mobile phones in China can be recycled through the reverse logistics management to protect environment,purify mobile distribution channels and improve customer＇s satisfaction.＂Extended Producer Responsibility＂ system developed in western countries facilitates the recycling through mobile manufacturers,commissioned operators or a third-party recycling company from consumers to manufacturers or suppliers.A joint recycling model is applicable to the recycling of mobiles,and giving full play to the function of all the participants.
