摘 要:针对传统的振动信号处理技术只适合于线性系统,而大多数机器故障都表现出非线性振动的特点,可采用关联维数来描述信号的真实特性。采用C-C算法分别针对溢流阀阀体正常和故障时的振动信号进行计算分析,发现正常时阀体振动信号的关联维数值较大,而发生故障时关联维数值较小,且不同状态关联维不同。Based on the nonlinearity caused by most mechanical faults in machinery and the conventional vibration signal processing techniques which are most suitable for linear processes,correlation dimension for diagnosing the fault of the relief valve was presented in this paper.The correlation dimension of vibration signals obtained from relief valve was calculated by adopting C-C algorithm under various conditions including the normal condition and fault condition.From the result analysis,this paper indicates that the value of the correlation dimension in normal state is bigger than that of the fault states,and the values are different within different working states.The experimental results indicate that correlation dimension is a suitable analysis tool for diagnosing the faults of relief valve.
