摘 要:中原油田文23气田生产过程中有不同程度的结盐垢现象,个别井结垢相当严重,堵塞射孔通道,并由此引起盐卡、盐堵现象,严重影响了气井产量。针对本区块盐垢的成分进行化学分析,对常规的洗盐工艺应用效果进行跟踪调查,提出应用复合防垢剂清除盐垢的新方法,并对复合防垢剂除垢效果进行了室内评价。评价结果表明,应用复合防垢剂能彻底清除井下盐垢。There happens salt filth during gas production in Wen No.23 gas field. Some wells are seriously affected by the filth. The shooting passes are often blocked by salt lock and salt block, which may influence the output of the gas. According to the chemical analysis of the salt filth in this gas filed and the survey made to investigate the effects of the conventional salt-washing techniques, this paper introduces a new complex detergent which has good results after testified in experiment. This new detergent can wash out the salt filth completely.
