摘 要:以川西地区经复合混凝氧化处理后的压裂返排液为水样,进行微电解反应实验。考察填料和水的比例、反应体系的pH值、铁和碳加量比例、体系反应时间、催化剂等因素对化学需氧量去除率的影响,优选工艺条件。实验结果表明,微电解反应最优条件为Fe/C为4︰1,反应体系pH值为2,填料/催化剂(cat)为12︰1,填料/水为1︰2,体系反应时间为3~4h。In the disposal of fracturing flow-back fluid in West Sichuan oilfield, micro electrolysis has been used as treatment method. In micro electrolysis reaction, the main factors related to chemical oxygen demand (COD) include the ratio of Fe and C, the pH value, the ratio of stuffing and water, the ratio of stuffing and catalyst and the reaction time. A preferable process has been selected by experiments study, and the stwely shows that: the ratio of Fe and C is 4:1 ; the pH value is 2; the ratio of stuffing and water is 1:1 ; the reaction time is 3-4 hour; the ratio of stuffing and catalyst is 12:1.
